From the course: Learning Microsoft 365 (Office 365)

What you need to know

- [Instructor] Well, here's what you need to know to follow along with me in this course. Firstly the course is tailored to those who are or will be end users of Microsoft 365 logging into their accounts to work with the various apps available to them in their organizations. So we won't be getting into any of the functions an administrator might use to deploy Microsoft 365 in an organization. You can check out the LinkedIn learning library for courses tailored to Microsoft 365 administration if that's of interest to you. There are many different Microsoft 365 subscription models to choose from, which we will get into a little bit later. I'll be working with one of the business subscriptions. You may be working with a different subscription model as you follow along, in which case your user interface may look slightly different from mine and even the apps you can access could differ from mine. So not to worry, you should still be able to follow along in this course with ease. Because Microsoft 365 is mainly cloud based, it's always being updated and improved upon. So you might log in one day and it'll look a little bit different than it did the day before. This again means what you see on your screen could differ from what you see on my screen as you follow along, even if we're both working with the same subscription model. Again, this should not affect your ability to follow along with me. And lastly, there are no exercise files used in this course. So there's nothing for you to download. For those times when we will work with files, such as for sharing with teammates, you can simply follow along with one of your own files. That's it. We're now ready to roll.
