- [Instructor] Because Microsoft 365 is cloud-based, one of the biggest advantages you'll experience is how easy it is to share and collaborate with others. In this movie, we'll focus on one of the apps, SharePoint, that comes with a Business subscription to Microsoft 365. It allows you to access existing sites, even create your own sites for sharing information and content. So we'll go up to the top left corner and click the app launcher. Here's where you'll find out if you have access to SharePoint. You might see it right here under Apps, or if you click All Apps and look at the alphabetical listing, scroll down until you find SharePoint. Again, you'll need a Business subscription to Microsoft 365, and your administrator in your organization will have to ensure that SharePoint is available to you.
