- [Instructor] Well, a snippet is standardized texts you can use over and over in your emails, a template is an actual email you can use over and over again that's what we're going to explore in this movie by going up to conversations and this time selecting templates. When we choose templates, we arrive at the screen where you see there is an actual sample template for you to view. Again, like snippets you are allowed up to five templates and you can upgrade if you need more. Let's take a look at the sample template by clicking the name breakup email sample template, it opens up for us. You can see, we can use tokens in here like the contact first name, there's some text and as we scroll down we can now cancel this, update it or save as a new template. What we're going to do is just close this up and create our own. And once we've created our own we can come back and delete this sample. So let's go up to…
