- Contacts. We all need to track some, and they can quickly become cumbersome or unruly without a proper system. A paperless contact system can help you keep all of your contact information safe and accessible. With a paperless system, you can hold a lot more information about each contact, update information quickly, backup easily, plus your contact information can be shared between multiple applications, so you have more information available with less effort. When keeping track of contacts, you should only have one location for all of your contacts. Managing multiple locations invariably leads to lost or misplaced data and drains time looking for which place the information is stored. A mobile app is the best place to store your contacts, to ensure you're always able to access them, to quickly enter important information, and automatically backup your data.
