- [Instructor] It's not uncommon to see blank cells 2 within data, particularly large lists. 3 And sometimes you want to leave them that way, 4 but at other times, you might want to consider 5 filling in the blank cells with specific data. 6 In this worksheet, we've got a big list 7 over in columns, A through I. 8 The Benefits column indicates 9 that some people don't have benefits, 10 and we certainly could leave those cells blank, 11 but on the other hand, 12 we might want to put in a text entry there 13 or maybe just some dashes to accentuate that idea. 14 I'm going to select column G, 15 and there are two ways to select all the blank cells, 16 ultimately the same. 17 By way of a dialogue box, we could press the F5 key, 18 I'll do that momentarily. 19 First, let's show you the command way. 20 On the Home tab in the ribbon, after making a selection, 21 off to the right in the editing group, 22 Find and Select…
