- [Instructor] When you're creating lists of information 2 in Excel, there are two major features 3 you want to be aware of, 4 and both of them take advantage of a shortcut 5 using the Alt key along with the Down Arrow key. 6 Over in column B, 7 I've typed in three names. 8 Now, there's a screenshot to the right 9 that shows what can happen. 10 When we come to the next empty cell, 11 we're about to put in a name. 12 So as I click on cell B5 here, 13 if I press Alt + Down Arrow, 14 I see the previous names. 15 They've been alphabetized. 16 Now granted, the names are short. 17 I probably could have typed them by now. 18 But as we build a list, and particularly in lists 19 where names are likely to be recurring, 20 we can take advantage of what previously has occurred. 21 We can do this in a couple different ways. 22 Now, if it's simply Alt + Down Arrow, 23 and I want to put in Smith, 24 I could just use the Down…
