Exploring 3-D Column and 3-D Bar charts

- [Instructor] If you work with column charts 2 and bar charts, 3 those are two of the more common chart types 4 that we use in Excel, 5 you also have a variation of what's called a 3-D. 6 And on this worksheet called 3-D Column, 7 across the top we see three different chart types. 8 Most commonly used for many people 9 is the clustered column chart, 10 we see it over in the left-hand side. 11 The stacked variation on that certainly has its merit. 12 We can see by reading across the top what the totals are, 13 but reading the pieces is a bit tricky. 14 And less likely to be used, 15 but nevertheless valuable in some cases, 16 is the 100% stacked column. 17 The totals all add up to 100%, which makes sense, 18 but the individual pieces can be misleading at times. 19 This value I'm pointing to here, 20 this yellow color is 166, 21 over here it's 155. 22 Now, there's a 3-D variation for each of these, 23 and it's…
