- [Instructor] When you work with lists in Excel 2 or anytime you're working with formulas, 3 take advantage of what we call the status bar. 4 It's at the bottom of the screen. 5 It extends all the way across the worksheet, 6 and it's right below the sheet tabs. 7 I'm right clicking in the status bar, 8 and we get this huge list. 9 At the top, we see Customize Status Bar. 10 And you certainly should explore some of these options 11 for checking them on and off. 12 But we're going to focus on the ones 13 that begin with the word Average. 14 There's six different statistical measures here. 15 And I've got them all checked, and I keep them that way. 16 I do recommend doing that. 17 So, anytime we highlight two or more cells in Excel, 18 we will get some totals at the bottom of the screen. 19 So, I'm looking at this worksheet here 20 and I'm just curious about the payroll here 21 for the Audit Services group, 22…
