- [Instructor] On this worksheet, we see various shapes and all of them have a shape effect applied. The three objects down the left-hand side, the circle, the rectangle, and what's called the sun, all have a shadow effect. In the middle of the screen, more or less, we're seeing what's called a beveled rectangle and it has reflection. You can see the reflection below it. And the oval down below has what's called a glow effect. The red box to the right has a bevel on it that also has a shadow. And these features along with some others are listed off to the right. And that's just a blow up of what we get in the menu when we click these shapes. Now, how important are these? I think for the most part, not that important, but sometimes you just want to add some color to a worksheet, some flair, and possibly use them for titles.
