- [Instructor] On this worksheet is a transaction list 2 covering a two year period. 3 It's about 900 rows or so, 4 and you can see the column headings. 5 We're tracking sales by different salespersons 6 who can sell any of five different products 7 to different regions and to different customers. 8 And no one salesperson is responsible for one region 9 and customers can buy from different regions. 10 Let's imagine they're scattered 11 across the country and so on. 12 So we'd like to create a pivot table here, 13 and eventually, maybe more than one. 14 When you create more than one pivot table, 15 there's some different approaches to it. 16 Let's create a pivot table quickly here 17 on the same worksheet. 18 I've scoped out the data ahead of time. 19 There are no empty rows or empty columns within it. 20 I'll simply click within it, go to the insert tab, 21 choose pivot table, 22 and choose existing worksheet for…
