- [Instructor] On this worksheet, we're seeing some data 2 over in the left hand side, 3 and more exciting perhaps, and more interesting 4 is that chart we see to the right of it. 5 It's an unusual chart type in Excel. 6 It's actually a combination of different chart types. 7 We're seeing a clustered column chart and also a line chart, 8 but this chart type is referred to as a combo chart 9 and you could conceivably use 10 different chart types together. 11 But this kind of a chart type is ideal when you've got data 12 that's quite a bit divergent. 13 The numbers in column B are in the thousands, 14 tens of thousands, and the numbers in column C 15 are all below 35 or 40. 16 So there's quite a bit difference there. 17 If we were to create this using standard techniques, 18 we wouldn't even come close 19 to getting a chart like we're seeing on the right. 20 So let's talk about the combo chart concept 21 and how we…
