About the Role:
As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering high-quality digital solutions. You will:
Lead Design Processes: Utilize wireframes, prototypes, personas, and journey maps to bring digital solutions from concept to market.
Champion the User Experience: Represent the voice of the customer, balancing user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
Drive Innovation: Contribute to the design and definition of features, ensuring high standards of design deliverables.
Typical Responsibilities:
Use design processes and tools to develop digital solutions in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
Advocate for user needs and ensure design solutions meet both user requirements and business objectives.
Engage in user research and contribute to defining features for project or product delivery.
Who We’re Looking For:
Required:
A degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in User Experience design.
Proficiency in design processes including wireframing, prototyping, and user research.
Strong skills in advocating for user needs and balancing these with business and technical constraints.
Desired:
Experience or passion for battery or charge management, energy solutions, or electric vehicles/machines.
Skills in 3D and Interaction Design.
