Based in Pittsburgh, but open to a remote candidate, this industry-leading healthcare technology company has a massive opportunity to optimize their technology partnerships. They’re looking for someone with a consulting background to assess their current state and build a comprehensive strategy for maximizing growth. This person will work cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Sales, and Operations to develop the execution plan, and lead the project planning.
In this role, you will:
Evaluate the existing partner network via vendor assessments, customer interviews, and other methods
Analyze and segment partners, using past performance, partner needs, technology integration possibilities, monetization opportunities, partnership power dynamics, and acquisition targets
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing/Sales to establish the breadth, depth, and cost of work required to maximize potential revenue gains
Build a strategy with prioritization based on the above factors
Develop robust partnership models and establish clear metrics to measure the success of these collaborations.
Research and analyze market conditions and comparable partner programs
Identify and prioritize new potential partners that best align with the company's strategic goals
Once the strategy has been set, build and lead the execution plan, including resource planning, building a team, and leading both people and processes.
The experience you’ll need:
Experience architecting cross-functional strategy based on comprehensive research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence in a regulated industry
Strategy Consulting or Management Consulting experience (3+ yrs) in research, analysis, and strategy creation that includes technology integrations (or technology partnerships) and revenue optimization (ideally in the healthcare space)
Market analysis and competitive intelligence experience
Experience in Product Management, or working closely with Product & Technology to evaluate/optimize capabilities
Experience leveraging data-driven insights to optimize revenue growth
Demonstrated career growth and people leadership experience
Desire to own the development and execution of strategy
An understanding of the framework for assessing technical capabilities (incl the basics of SDLC and product integrations)
Experience building a framework to evaluate partners, accounts, or clients including segmentation, product integration, and growth strategy.
