Technical Product Owner

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Product Owner to join our team. The Technical Product Owner will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our technical product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives. This role requires strong technical acumen, product management expertise, and the ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams. Roles And Responsibilities

• Product Strategy and Roadmap:
• Define and maintain the technical product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements, balancing technical feasibility, business impact, and customer value.
• Requirements Management:
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed technical requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with product goals.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product managers, development teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Facilitate communication and decision-making processes, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and teamwork.
• Release Planning and Execution:
• Prioritize features and tasks for development sprints or releases, taking into account dependencies, risks, and resource constraints.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of features, monitor progress, and resolve impediments to achieve project milestones.
• Quality Assurance and User Experience:
• Define acceptance criteria and participate in acceptance testing to ensure delivered features meet quality standards and user expectations.
• Advocate for user experience (UX) best practices and usability improvements based on user feedback and industry trends.
• Product Documentation and Training:
• Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, release notes, and training materials.
• Conduct training sessions or workshops for internal teams and stakeholders to ensure understanding and adoption of new features or enhancements.
• Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
• Monitor market trends, competitor products, and industry innovations to identify opportunities for product enhancement and differentiation.
• Propose and champion new product features, improvements, or technical solutions to drive product innovation and competitive advantage.
