As a Technical Product Manager on the Applications team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Define tech product roadmap and solutions by working with stake holders including business owners, technology leaders for new products or product enhancement/support
  • Provide strategic direction for the products.
  • Provide prioritization and groom the backlog.
  • Work with Project Management teams in defining the schedule and support with managing risks and issues.
  • Build user and data flow for the application to align the different stake holders
  • Product Owner for the scrum team and provide day to day direction on the functionality to the scrum team through requirements documents and functional specifications.


Bring Your Skills And Be Inspired To Achieve Success.

Experience:

  • Experienced in technology projects, both back and front end.
  • May assist with training, work assignments, or checking work of lower level employees
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Microsoft Access
  • Experience and proven ability to communicate (verbally and written) effectively with business and IT stakeholders and senior leadership.

Skills:

  • Ability to effectively organize and present data in a format that is easily consumable by non-technical users
  • Ability to translate user feedback and decisions into technical requirements
  • Ability to organize and conduct training or workshops for large groups and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Applies advanced skills, practices & procedures to complete small to medium projects or a complex component of a large project.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Schedule / in-office requirements:

  • Hybrid working model. 3 days a week in Irving, Tx or Waco, Tx.
