Strategy Coordinator Learning and Development - US Remote

Are you passionate about transforming consumer-oriented experiences? Anywhere Integrated Services is transforming the real estate experience for consumers and agents. To enable that, we’re designing a new operating structure that is re-defining the services that we provide to our agents and home buyers / sellers. In designing these new roles on a nationwide scale, we’re seeking an individual to help us design a longer-term training strategy to support the teams in their new roles. This is a temporary position, expected for a duration of 90 days at 20 hours per week that will have the following responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive people development strategy for our Learning and Development team that aligns with the company’s transformation goals.
- Create a detailed plan to develop training paths for career mobility to support the execution of the strategy.
- Identify potential mobility opportunities across our training support teams for employees within the organization.
- Collaborate with HR, Communications, Operations, and other departments to ensure the strategy is integrated across the company.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the progress of the strategy implementation to the leadership team.
- Adjust the strategy and execution plan based on feedback and changing organizational needs.

- Strategic Planning: Ability to develop long-term strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Change Management: Skills in managing organizational change and transformation.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively convey the strategy to stakeholders and team members.
- Collaboration: Ability to work with various departments and stakeholders to integrate the people development strategy.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and feedback to inform strategy adjustments.
- Learning & Development: Understanding of adult learning needs and training methodologies.
Experience:
- Background in consulting, organizational development, training, or a related field.
- 2-3 years’ experience in managing change within an organization.
- Experience in developing and implementing people development strategies is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with talent management practices and employee mobility programs is a plus but required.
Experience in the real estate or title industry is a plus but not required.
