Software Engineer

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Candidates must have an active Secret clearance and verify, before applying, that you meet the minimum requirements of the position.

JANUS Research Group is looking for a Software Engineer in support of the PEO IEW&S Digital Engineering Ecosystem contract. The Software Engineer shall perform analyses of system requirements and develop operational software subsystems.

Job Responsibilities

• Real-time operating systems, distributed systems, timing and sizing analysis, performance analysis, data base design and management, and resource utilization assessment.
• Design, develop, and maintain software applications and/or systems.
• Analyze user needs, design software solutions, write code, test for bugs, and deploy software into production environments.
• Create high-quality software that meets effort requirements and stakeholders needs while adhering to best practices and industry standards.
  
  

Experience/Skills

• Bachelors degree and at least 5 years of experience
• Active Secret clearance required
