The Role

This role entails front desk administration functions as well as customer service and sales assistance.

Responsibilities/Duties

·      Greet/check-in clients and introduce first-time clients to the warehouse

·      Manage incoming phone calls and take messages as needed

·      Assist clients with material stock checks and pricing using Stone Profits system

·      Learn about stone and tile products to sufficiently answer client inquiries

·      Assist Branch Manager and Sales Team with quotes, material holds, sales orders and delivery paperwork

·      Will include but not limited to assisting with various showroom and administrative tasks as needed (ordering/organizing supplies, creating labels, guest logs, tile/quartz samples, printers, etc.)

·      Eventually assist clients with viewing and selecting materials in the showroom/warehouse

·      Eventually follow up with the designers, architects, fabricators, and contractors on homeowner projects as needed

Qualifications/Skills

·      2+ years of experience in client-facing role

·      Active team-player

·      Multi-task in a fast-paced environment

·      Quickly grasp new systems and technology
