Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Showroom Consultant at our headquarters in Westwood, MA. As a Showroom Consultant, your day-to-day tasks will include assisting customers with product selection, providing product knowledge and recommendations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the showroom's aesthetic appeal. You will collaborate with a team of professionals to create a seamless customer experience and meet and exceed industry standards.

Product Knowledge and Showroom experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritize customer satisfaction
Excellent interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Previous experience in the stone industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
