We are looking for an IT Support resource with an active Top Secret Clearance for a National Security Program.
Job Title: Service Desk Support

Responsibilities:
Under general direction, monitor and respond to complex technical control facility hardware and software problems utilizing a variety of hardware and software testing tools and techniques
Provide primary interface with vendor support service groups or provide internal analysis and support to ensure proper escalation during outages or periods of degraded system performance
May provide LAN server support
Perform data communications troubleshooting
Open/close tickets and manage workflows in ServiceNow
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of PC/LAN communications hardware/software in a multi-protocol environment and network management software
May function as lead position providing guidance and training for less-experienced technicians
Requirements
Help Desk – 2+ years' experience, including knowledge and experience in data communications troubleshooting
Ticketing System – At least 2 years' experience using ServiceNow to manage and monitor service requests
Clearance – Active Top Secret
Availability & Location – Excellent attendance record and ability to report on-site in Rosslyn, VA
Soft Skills – Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to learn quickly and follow detailed technical instructions, passion for learning and willingness to learn about technology
