This role is crucial for overseeing Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), and more within our Osage, Iowa and Libertyville, Ill. locations. You will ensure product excellence and compliance in our state-of-the-art facilities, playing a key role in maintaining our reputation in sustainable agricultural, public health, and forestry markets.

What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee all aspects of QC and QA at multiple locations.
Manage the Insectary, GLP study program, and ISO program.
Ensure compliance with EPA and other regulatory standards.
Drive continuous improvement in quality control and assurance processes.
Lead product release processes and ensure quality across production stages.
About You
Advanced degree in a relevant field with significant industry experience.
Strong background in regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
Expertise in cGMP practices and EPA regulations.
Leadership experience with a track record of managing successful teams.
