🎯 Requirements:

• Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
• 5+ years of experience with procurement in defense contracting.
• High School diploma or GED

💪 Competencies:

• Experience with procurement, negotiations, or solicitation preparation.
• Experience with evaluating and negotiating terms and conditions to mitigate risk
• Experience with evaluating statements of work or bill of materials for completeness.
• Knowledge of evaluating requirements for hardware, software, fabrication, or electronic components procurements
• Experience evaluating software license agreements to ensure conformance with federal regulations, including GSAM or GSAR.
• Experience educating others on contract requirements and procurement processes.
