Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using advanced statistical models and analytics
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to gather and integrate key data for demand planning
• Lead the monthly demand review process, providing actionable insights to senior management
• Analyze market trends, historical sales data, and other relevant factors to refine demand forecasts
• Implement and optimize demand planning systems and tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure optimal stock availability
• Prepare and present detailed reports on demand trends, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline demand planning processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, or a related field
• Master’s degree, preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management
• Proficiency in demand planning software such as SAP APO, Oracle Demantra, or similar
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with statistical analysis tools such as R or Python, a plus
• Proven track record of leading successful demand planning initiatives
