Job Summary

The Senior Client Relationship Manager is responsible for ensuring the satisfaction, retention, and growth of the company's most strategic customers. This role involves building strong relationships with customers, understanding their business goals, and ensuring they derive maximum value from the company's products or services. The Senior Client Relationship Manager will lead a team of Client Relationship Specialists, develop strategies for customer engagement and retention, and work closely with internal teams to drive customer success initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing strategic business relationships and providing ongoing support to clients
  • Serves as the liaison between clients and NotaryCam production teams to ensure high quality customer service
  • Possesses and applies knowledge of NotaryCam product lines along with thorough knowledge of client's business
  • Monitors account production to drive customer satisfaction and ensure service and work quality provided meets or exceeds established service levels
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Client Relationship Specialists
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer success, retention, and growth.
  • Identify and implement best practices for customer onboarding, training, and support.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to align customer success initiatives with business goals.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred

Experience

  • Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
