We are a Mechanical Contractor seeking an Office Assistant / Secretary to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. The successful candidate must be a team player, adaptable, able to multi-task, and willing to grow with our company. Must have reliable transportation.
Job Title: Office Administrator
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments/installations
Answer inbound telephone calls and dispatch technicians to service calls
Order parts for repairs
Maintain and monitor files
Perform all other office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields; construction/service industry preferred but not required
Ability to prioritize and multitask with strong follow-up abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word/Excel) required
Familiarity with Sage Accounting software is preferred but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
