Job Description:
Warmly greet prospective residents, qualify, determine needs and preferences, and professionally present community and specific apartments.
Answer incoming telephone calls and handle accordingly.
Ensure that the office, clubroom, models, and market-ready vacant units are in perfect condition.
Correctly complete all lease applications, assist with application verification and notify the prospective residents of results in a timely manner, and assist with lease preparation.
Conduct market surveys.
Participate in ongoing resident relations.
Accept service requests from residents and route them to the service department for prompt processing.
Conduct follow-up calls.
Enter all traffic, telephone calls and other daily activity in the computer system as well as competently enter data into reports - computer savvy is a must.
Minimum Requirements:
Prior apartment leasing/management experience.
Strong closing techniques.
Excellent customer service and follow-up.
Weekends required.
Solid and consistent work history with excellent references.
Attention to detail.
Genuine enjoyment of working with people and helping others.
Team-oriented, self-motivated, and positive.
Autonomous and proactive with professional business maturity, understand dressing for success.
Ability to pass a background test.
Valid driver's license.
