Qualifications

Required:

  • Ability to interact appropriately and congenially with all staff, faculty, students, patients, volunteers and the public on the phone and in person.
  • Must have strong computer skills, proficiency in the full suite of Microsoft Office programs – especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to compile and track data.
  • Skill in stabling priorities, working independently and completing assignments in a timely manner.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust workload.
  • Knowledge of University library system.
  • Working knowledge of PubMed and End Note.
  • BS or BA or equivalent experience
