Preference will be given to those with proficiency in Selenium and Cucumber, as well as familiarity with government-integrated eligibility systems (Medicaid, SNAP/TANF, or Child Care).

The preferred candidate should have experience in testing the eligibility rules related to Medicaid and SNAP/TANF.
The preferred candidate should adhere to formal QA processes and ensure that the Systems Implementation (SI) team is using industry-accepted best practices.
Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of quality assurance, establishing and reporting on metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
The candidate should be able to create, execute and provide feedback on manual and automation test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures.
The preferred candidate should have technical knowledge to create and execute test scripts using Selenium.
Acting as the key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing test services, and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
Diagnosing defects and tracking them from discovery to resolution.
Ensuring that the SI maintains high quality and accuracy up to software release.
Making sure all testing work is carried out in accordance with the Test Plan, including schedule and quality requirements.
Providing feedback to the SI on the implications of testing outcomes.
Responding to all requests from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
