Fusion Growth Partners is a business incubator and micro venture capital company for full time individual real estate agents who are committed to significant growth. We ARE NOT A BROKER – we are broker agnostic.

When we partner with an individual real estate agents, we invest heavily into their businesses to them significantly grow their clientele and scale business profits. We take a holistic approach to growing their business by providing resources to cover all elements to grow and to maintain that growth. We provide business planning; we invest OUR money into their business, we hire, train and manage and PAY our staff to run the entire operations for that agent so that they can focus on face-to-face interactions with prospects and clients. To ensure the highest return on that investment in an individual agent, we provide expert coaching, consultation and accountability to help the agent become as efficient and successful as possible.

When an agent begins to generate more business than they can handle, which they will if they are following our program and utilizing the resources we give them, we help them build out a small team of licensed agents to help with providing licensed services.

One of the most unique elements or our offering is that these services are provided as an INVESTMENT where we earn the vast majority of our profit out of a small part FUTURE REVENUE & COMMISSIONS. In addition, even though we are actually investing resources into and individual real estate agent’s business, we NEVER own any part of the business.

Fusion is the only company in the country that currently offers these services and is compensated in a way that conveniently accommodates the cash flow challenges of a real estate agent. We have over 300 employees and over 800 agents that we are currently invested in nationwide.

Our company is looking to hire additional Partnership Executives / Coaches to help develop more partners and to service those clients.

Job description


This is an intrapreneurial position. The two primary responsibilities of this position are:

· Business development of investment acquisitions and

· Managing partnership relationships as Fusion’s business advisor.

The purpose of our Partnership Executive is to “build” a book of business of high-quality partners and then to be fanatically obsessed with the success and business growth of each one of the partners you serve.

The Partnership Development Executive, as an executive who is responsible for the partner's experience and business success in partnership with Fusion. Real estate agents join us for the purpose of scaling their businesses and it is the job of the Executive to make sure that happens.


A Partnership Development Executive’s Two Main Functions

· Investment / Partner Acquisition: The Partnership Development Executive’s purpose is contact and to qualify potential investment candidates, create meetings and then provide a detailed explanation of investment to potential partners. If the partner candidate has a high desire to engage in partnership with Fusion, then we work together with the potential client on the terms of the investment.

· Business Advisor: When we invest in one of these full time ambitious agents, part of your job is to function like a “board member” or trusted advisor to the agent to encourage best practices and to fully adoption of our systems to ensure the likelihood of their success. This position is not for the meek. Real Estate agents are drivers and are use to getting their way and it is the responsibility for the advisor to lead the agent, build bonds and to hold boundaries.

Guaranteed Income Plus Commission & Revenue Share


Fusion provides a small base guaranteed income to get a new employee up and started, but bases should be shortly eclipsed through commission and revenue-sharing. The longer you are at the company the larger the book of business can grow and therefore the larger the revenue share grows.

A successful Partnership Executive can earn $70,000 plus annually starting out. As a Partnership Executive’s “book of business” grows, they can realistically earn $150,000 to $250,000 annually or more, within the first two years. We are looking to promote from within to Vice President positions and we believe that we will have many VPs earning at a rate over $500,000 in the years to come. The Journey of the Executive and their income should compound overtime, depending on the market conditions.

We are only looking for amazing talented individuals who can help us grow and represent Fusion at the highest levels of professionalism.


This is a unique business structure where Partnership Executives build their “own” business under our umbrella as a W2 employee and if their business reaches certain milestones, the Partnership Executive / VP can earn hundreds of thousands of dollars AFTER they retire from the company.

Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate is a polished professional with highly effective communication skills, who is very persuasive but not “salesy,” does not shy away from difficult conversations, and attacks problems or issues head-on. We want someone with the perfect mix of someone who is willing to grind and someone who is a very polished professional.

Our successful candidate, regardless of past successes, MUST FOLLOW OUR PLAYBOOK and BUSINESS PLAN. Fusion is a company that desires to scale to Tens of Thousands of partners and, as an organization, we must be uniformed in our practices and procedures.

That candidate must be able to work with very strong-willed people (the clients) and be able to show them Fusion’s unique perspective, which they will embrace over time. We desire to hire individuals with extensive experience in the residential real estate industry.
