McGrath is looking for a Motorcycle Consultant to join our team. We are looking for an energetic person who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment. We work with one of the top name brands in the world, Harley-Davidson, so it shouldn't be a surprise that we are here to have fun and help people join in on the excitement that we have for the product.
Responsibilities
Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the showroom or sales lot.
Assist customers by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
Build strong rapport with customers.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Motorcycle knowledge is a plus.
Knowledge and experience of sales and/or ability to learn quickly.
Ability to greet people and develop relationships.
Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency.
A valid driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement.
