At LinkedIn we are experiencing fast growth in our Marketing Analytics organization. We are looking for an experienced individual in the analytics domain leading the development of our various measurement frameworks across multiple domains.
This role will report to the Director of the MSTaT (Measurement Strategy & Testing) org, that oversees measurement frameworks, strategy and testing across all LinkedIn business units. Our role is to utilize the latest in measurement to understand the effectiveness of our investments and deliver against our business goals.
As the Manager, Measurement Strategy, your primary focus will be on managing and streamlining our Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) program.We expect you to possess a deep understanding of measurement frameworks and a proven track record of successfully leading such programs from inception to full adoption across multiple business units.
Your responsibilities will encompass complex tasks, including engaging cross-functional stakeholders, meticulously maintaining KPI documentation, overseeing LinkedIn KPI data collection and validation, and collaborating with diverse teams to optimize MMM processes. Additionally, you’ll take charge of building and maintaining the MMM taxonomy, providing critical support for scenario planning, and ensuring the secure management of sensitive LinkedIn data.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and execute on our MMM program across BU’s globally
Build a deliverables roadmap based on scope with deadlines to ensure timely delivery of our bi-annual and quarterly readouts
Build efficiencies in the MMM day-to-day process by collaborating with all the teams supporting MMM
Maintain the source of truth documentation on defining KPI for Measurement
Own the LinkedIn KPI and owned data transfer shared across to our MMM partners
Build opportunities to automate data transfers to improve the refresh cycle timelines
Manage and maintain the taxonomy of MMM and MA
Support our Measurement Strategy SME’s in running scenarios and ad-hoc insights
Manage MMM tool access and audit across our user base
Coordinating with stakeholders for scheduling trainings, validation deep-dives, pre-wires and readouts
Stakeholder engagement to ensure timely deliverables as per aligned scope
Support our media execution teams to drive the adoption, get feedback and improve our model scope
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of marketing or relevant experience
3+ years of years of experience in a data analytics role
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in leading measurement such as MMM or MTA
Proficiency in data analysis, modeling and visualization to solve complex business problems, with knowledge of B2B attribution modeling and ROI analysis
Experience working on B2B models for MMM and MA
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Demonstrated success in driving business impact through the implementation of measurement strategies
Strong communication skills with an ability to tailor messages for both business audiences as well as technical ones
Self-starter with strong project management skills - ability to focus on tactical execution to get the job done
Enquiring mind with the ability to recognize inefficiencies and challenge the status quo
Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint

The pay range for this role is $93,000 to $145,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
