Position

Job Title: Manager, Uber Luxury Events

Reports to: Senior Manager, Events

JOB PURPOSE: Support Senior Manager, Events with all aspects of organizing Dior’s Uber Luxury events.

Job responsibilities

Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Paris headquarters to develop the Uber Luxury events strategy for the Americas, aiming to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and cultivate client loyalty through exclusive events and local client experiences
  • Serve as the primary event liaison for all internal partners and external vendors, ensuring timely communication regarding all Uber Luxury events
  • Lead the planning and execution of pre- and post-event activities for designated markets
  • Coordinate all logistical arrangements with preferred event vendors, continually aiming to elevate the Uber Luxury event experience
  • Work directly with Paris counterparts on event briefs, ensuring timely reporting and event recaps
  • Maintain communication with all internal and external key partners to ensure maximum sales impact and a premier luxury client experience
  • Handle the Uber Luxury events budget
  • Update internal calendars and reporting systems, ensuring adherence to deadlines
  • Compile and analyze monthly departmental competitor reports

Additional information

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • At least 5+ years’ experience in events, project management, marketing and client development, within a luxury fashion brand is a plus
  • Ability for frequent travel
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Sufficient in budget management
  • Highly motivated and eager to learn

Additional information for internal candidate

The selected candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $100,000 - $110,000 per hour/annually, plus bonus eligibility. The salary offered will be dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
