IT technician staff will provide IT devices for IT services to employees and operate and manage the OA Devices.
Responsibilities
Supporting and troubleshooting for end-user requests
Operation setting and troubleshooting on PC, Video conferencing, Printer, and other IT devices
IT Asset (PC, SW) management and writing periodic reporting
Manage and operate licenses for employees (MS Office, etc.)
Establishing and supporting improvement measures for problems from IT devices
Support troubleshooting for the SMART factory solutions, network, and server
Monitoring IT infrastructure for server, network, and security systems
Maintenance of IT-related facilities such as server room, MDF, and IDF
On-site and On-call support for office and factory
Establishing, supporting, and troubleshooting End-point security systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Strong knowledge and Experience in Computer and Network, Hardware technology
Compiles with the required deadlines and has high reliability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work shift schedule
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with various OS such as Windows/Linux and IT Experience with user support
