Areas and functions the intern will participate in:
Perform precedent transaction and public comparable analysis.
Analyze financial statements and business projections.
Develop financial models to perform valuations for multiple companies.
Generate marketing materials for M&A transactions.
Provide inputs for screening requests and mandate/management reviews
Update deal management tools for team reviews.
The intern will gain knowledge in the following areas:
Develop market knowledge across multiple markets and geographies.
Acquire financial modeling and analytical skills by summarizing information and distilling insights.
Learn technology platforms to conduct market research (e.g., Bloomberg, IQ Capital)
Understand M&A deal origination and execution process.
Develop communications skills engaging with professionals across multiple functions
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
