Think Consulting is actively seeking an InterimProgram Manager - PMI to join a leading telecom/hardware company in Alpharetta, GA. This role will focus on the execution of the integration of a recently acquired organization. The company has a strategic playbook established and aims to align organizational, human capital, finance, and IT functions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the integration of the newly acquired company, focusing on organizational alignment, human capital, finance, and IT.
Rationalize local storage facilities and optimize inventory proximity to customers and flow.
Refine and implement the action plan for global integration projects.
Oversee project management and ensure timely execution.
Manage reporting, including financial reporting.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in project management, specifically in PMI.
Strong leadership skills and ability to drive integration projects.
Excellent reporting and financial management skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and align various organizational functions.
Strong communication skills to interact with senior management and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in hardware, tech, or telecom.
Experience with integration projects, especially in the context of mergers and acquisitions.
Experience in managing projects with an international scope.
