You'll be working with the GGC and Legal Technology Teams who are responsible for delivery of programs globally for the GGC business.
Expertise
Bachelor's degree Computer Science / engineering
Ideally 8+ years of experience in Development, Integration on cloud platform along with IT security know-how
Knowledge of SaaS Platforms with a good understanding of technologies such as Jira, Remedy preferred.
Deep understanding of integration standards and transports
Strong understanding of industry integration technologies such as MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.
Build consuming APIs and writing/reading technical documentation
Experience with integrating REST and SOAP APIs, SFTP, and other SaaS protocols. Along with Web Service solutions
ServiceNow Experience Required. ITIL Certification a Plus.
Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to write SQL queries.
Ability to be self-sufficient, working directly with customers to troubleshoot and solve issues.
Must be comfortable presenting technical content to customer audiences.
