The role is open to New York City, Chicago, Mountain View, San Francisco dependent upon where the candidate is currently located.

LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) Customer Insights team is searching for a program manager to join our global Value Innovation and Scale Support (VIAS) team, which sits within the LMS Customer Science organization and is charged with commercial analytics and customer insights innovation to further position LinkedIn Marketing Solutions as a trusted and forward-focused advisor to our most valued customers.  This role sits within a global team central to go-to-market motions and provides a unique opportunity for the right professional to deepen customer relationships and accelerate growth through the strategic execution of scale Insights support programs powered by the experiences of LinkedIn’s 1B+ members spanning over 200 countries and territories.

This is both a program management and a creator role. Key responsibilities for this role include collaborating closely with cross-functional partners in our Customer Science Org, as well as Sales leaders, to deliver world-class marketing and business intelligence assets that deepen strategic relationships with our marketing customers and unlock new paths for market differentiation and growth. Realizing the vision for this role will require supporting the development of new business intelligence assets and conceiving of new scaled production and distribution mechanisms that will support our LMS sales teams in nurturing existing customers as well as driving organic and net new business development.

As an Insights Program Manager focused on scale support programs, you will help LMS Customer Insights further extend its impact by reaching more customers with more insights assets in an effective and efficient way. This role requires taking an active role in creating the strategy, designing the process and leading production of scaled support solutions. Thus, success in role requires strong project management skills and the ability to translate strategic ideas into execution plans and execution plans into effective programs that yield tangible outcomes. Ideal candidates will be organized and able to successfully manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work with partners in Sales, Marketing, GTMOps and Engineering as well as Insights teams in other lines of business to understand business challenges, opportunities and solution paths. Stakeholders will not always know what is possible, so it is important that the person in this role ask effective questions to get clarity in addition to managing expectations around what can be delivered and within what timeframe. 

Responsibilities:   

  • Lead production of prioritized customer agnostic data-driven insights assets, including planning, scheduling, creation and distribution.
  • Support in establishing and advancing the vision and roadmap for creating new and updating existing customer agnostic scale Insights assets in support of LMS go-to-market efforts.
  • Create go-to-market and communications plans to ensure effective delivery, discoverability and utilization of scale Insights assets.
  • Support in carrying out vision and roadmap for our external Insights vendor program, including qualifying pipeline, monitoring workflows, refining standards and monitoring performance.
  • Support in identifying and facilitating enablement needs around our external Insights vendor partnership
  • Synthesize input across multiple groups of stakeholders and cross-functional partners to identify best fit solutions to program needs
  • Utilize SQL for data querying and manipulation, demonstrating proficiency in advanced query functions. 
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in insight creation methodologies, including AI and cloud technologies


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications  

  • 3+ years of experience in project/program management or consulting role  
  • 3+ years of experience with data analysis, data storytelling, turning data compelling insights assets  
  • BA/BS degree  
  • Experience in digital marketing analytics  
  • Experience with SQL  
  • Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub), collaboration platforms (JIRA, Microsoft Teams, Slack), and documentation tools (Microsoft Word, Markdown, Azure Wiki).   
  • Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)     


Preferred Qualifications  

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous learning. 
  • Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to capture complex business requirements, solution, and drive full scale development of customer agnostic insights assets.
  • Ability to innovate within existing frameworks and identify the best fit solutions based on business challenges and needs.  
  • Ability to synthesize and make sense of data via effective communication and creative data storytelling
  • Understanding of marketing and media metrics, as well as industry trends
  • Ability to iterate and evolve programs and solutions over time, based on feedback and changing business needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing, presentation, statistical and data analysis skills   
  • Experience data storytelling skills -- turning data into insights and presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Python for data analysis and automation
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI is a plus.

The pay range for this role is $98,000 to $153,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
