Human Resources Generalist

Automated Precision Inc. (API) https://apimetrology.com/ is a high-technology company that specializes in developing the industry metrology solution. We are seeking a motivated HR professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting employees and management team to meet company goals.

Role: Plan, direct, and coordinate HR functions to maximize the strategic use of human resources and manage the day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
• Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
• manage year-end compensation review within approved budget
• Collaborate with leadership team to execute the organization's human resources and talent strategy. Identify current and future talent needs, retention and succession planning to build bench strength.
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration
• Provide HR support to supervisors in performance management process. Counsel employees on job related issues or complaints.
• Administer employee recognition programs to foster a positive work environment
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
• Manage HR projects or new initiatives as and when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
• 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
• Solid knowledge of HR policies, procedures, employment laws, and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationship and act as an advocate between management and employees.
