FS-RMA Coordinator/Buyer -- Remote | WFH

Job Summary

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our operations, focusing on coordinating returns and purchasing functions to ensure seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities

Efficiently process and follow up on RMA orders, collaborating closely with internal departments such as field service, purchasing, warehouse, shipping, and accounting.

Handle physical aspects of RMA orders, including loading/unloading using appropriate equipment.

Utilize ERP systems to manage changes and ensure accurate documentation and quality checks.

Communicate effectively with vendors to facilitate returns, replacements, or credits.

Maintain adherence to existing RMA protocols while actively seeking improvements for enhanced efficiency.

Assist in procurement processes, including supplier management, cost analysis, sourcing, quotations, and order placement.

Monitor and expedite material flow to support production timelines, promptly notifying stakeholders of any delays.

Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods, maintaining detailed records of pricing and order confirmations.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing and familiarity with RMA processes.

Proficiency in computer systems including MS Office and ERP applications.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Capability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Desired Skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is advantageous.
