Job Title: Financial Planner Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planner Assistant to join our team. As a Financial Planner Assistant, you will support our financial planning team in providing comprehensive financial advice and solutions to clients. Your role will involve assisting with client meetings, preparing financial documents, conducting research, and ensuring smooth operations within the financial planning process.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Assist Financial Planners in preparing and organizing client meetings, including scheduling appointments and preparing meeting materials.
  • Conduct research and gather financial information to assist in the development of client financial plans.
  • Prepare financial analyses, including cash flow projections, retirement planning scenarios, and investment portfolio summaries.
  • Assist in the creation of financial planning presentations, reports, and recommendations for clients.
  • Coordinate with clients and financial institutions to gather necessary documentation and information.
  • Monitor client accounts and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain client records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of information.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, financial products, and regulatory changes relevant to financial planning.
  • Support Financial Planners in administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Skills Required

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial calculations and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and financial planning software.
  • Basic knowledge of financial planning concepts, investment products, and retirement planning.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ethical behavior and professionalism in handling sensitive client information.
