Mission

  • Effectively supports the Learning & Development organization by ensuring the accurate and timely coordination of development activities.
  • Analyzes data to answer end-user questions and presents the information in the most efficient and effective manner.
  • Supports course owner in course and administrative requirements.
  • Perform activities under learning admin/LOM role in the HRIS system (InTouch).

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Mass enrollment of participants for courses/modules in the HRIS system (Intouch) and schedule offerings.
  • Create digital/blended courses based on the requirements of different functions
  • Generate required system reports in learning and development.
  • Finding courses internally and externally to facilitate special requests of employees
  • Ensure all the learning hours of physical sessions are uploaded to the system
  • Tracking the status of mandatory learnings and share with relevant parties of the organization/region.
  • Follow up the progress of participation of employees in the compulsory learnings.
  • Solve the issues of employees regarding the Learning and Development (Course enrollment errors, Learning history errors and other L&D matters etc.)
  • Continuous inputs for L&D page of intranet to keep it updated.
  • Support Internal Career Forums and other events in Learning and development aspect.
  • Handle the payment process of external training programmes.
  • Translations of training materials /validation of translations.
  • Coordinate training programmes internal /external and prepare necessary arrangements for training sessions.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with factory training teams.

Profile Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Business Administration or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 01-year relevant experience working in a HRIS system specially in learning modules.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to meet changing needs.
  • Fluency in English and Sinhala and good communication skills
  • Knowledge in MS office applications specially in Power point.
  • Skills in Planning & Organizing, Teamwork & Collaboration, Networking & Customer Focus
