Position

The successful candidate will partner with team members across businesses and regions to ensure that executive candidates and hiring teams are provided with excellent service as it relates coordination of the process.

The Executive Search Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the full life cycle talent acquisition process to include the following:

  • Coordinate Interview scheduling & travel logistics
  • Record action items from client calls, prepare client presentation files including shortlist, search strategy, etc
  • Preparation and mgmt. of team KPI and metrics including recurring customer reports
  • Preparation of team communications
  • Candidate database management
  • Requisition folder management
  • Offer logistics
  • Onboarding logistics

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience
  • Demonstrated Advanced Microsoft Office 360 skills
  • Experience supporting executive level customers
  • Entrepreneurial spirit; “whatever it takes” attitude
  • Commitment to professionalism and ethics; respect for every candidate and the confidentiality inherent in the business
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interface and build relationships with diverse cross section of people
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently & in a team setting

Desired

  • Experience supporting executive talent acquisition processes and/or hiring logistics
  • Prior experience with GE talent acquisition processes and systems

If Contracted In The US

The salary range for this position is 73.000,00 to 109.400,00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a 5% performance bonus.
