Executive Director

Seeking an Executive Director to lead an Asset Management Team for growing Advisor, can sit in ATL or KC (hybrid role.)

The ideal candidate will use a strategic growth mindset to drive the future success of the company by aligning teams under one vision. With responsibility for building, developing, and leading the Team that will deliver best-in-class service to clients managing large complex portfolios of asset backed loans (CRE, CMBS, CLO, CDO's, etc.)

This is an exciting leadership opportunity with a global company with aggressive growth plans. There are offices and leadership in KC and ATL so this role could work as a hybrid out of either city.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Asset Management team
• Maintain a climate that attracts and retains a talented and diverse staff and leverages internal and external resources to recruit the best talent available
• Support new business development and maintain relationships with clients, individuals, and industry organizations to increase visibility and create new opportunities for growth
• Oversee all project management and asset management activities serving as the primary POC for select clients.
• Lead implementation efforts on new engagements, including contract and scope negotiations; staffing, resource and technology planning; and coordination with the functional teams.

Summary of Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in commercial real estate loan administration and/or servicing industry; 5+ years’ managerial experience preferred
• Knowledge of sophisticated loan structures including syndicated transactions, CLO’s, CDO’s, and CMBS loans, warehouse line & facility financing structures. Experience with both balance sheet and CMBS loans a plus;
• Advanced knowledge of servicing agreements and the servicing standard.
