Job Description

As an Equity Capital Markets Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's capital raising activities and strategic financial decisions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting extensive market research and analysis to identify potential investors, market trends, and investment opportunities.
  • Assisting in the preparation of pitch materials, prospectuses, and other documents for capital raising activities, such as initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary offerings, and private placements.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including investment banking, legal, and finance, to coordinate and execute capital market transactions.
  • Developing financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memos to support decision-making processes.
  • Monitoring and evaluating regulatory developments, market conditions, and industry trends that may impact capital markets activities.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders to support investor relations efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in investment banking, equity research, or corporate finance is preferred.
