Responsibilities


As Director of Sales and Business Development, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives. Your main duties will include:


  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners
  • Analyzing sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement
  • Creating and delivering sales presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals
  • Develop presentation materials in Power Point presentation
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to develop effective marketing campaigns
  • Monitoring competitor activity and adjusting strategies accordingly


Qualifications


To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:


  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
  • Technical sales knowledge
  • Proficiency in data, military, government, and AI/ML/NLP markets
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to effectively manage key accounts
  • Experience working with DoD and other government agencies (preferred)
  • MUST HAVE TS/SCI CI Poly security clearance to apply
