For the first 20 years, our client’s, core focus and area of specialization has been providing amplifiers for the Land Mobile Radio and Paging market. Known for superior performance and reliability, ruggedness and durability, many amps are still in the field 20+ years performing to specifications. They continues to provide high-power RF amplifiers to many of the top Public Safety/Land Mobile Radio (LMR) OEM’s and Commercial Communications markets.
They have asked us to fill a leadership role in their organization. We are looking for a Director of Engineering for their organization. This leader will plan direct and organize all engineering and project related activities for a 10 person engineering group of design and test engineers.
Qualifications:
BS Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Electronics a plus)
5 plus years of supervisory and project leadership
Strong communications and organizational skills
