This exciting role focuses on custom contracting for hospitality and lodging clients and offers the flexibility of working from your home office.

What You'll Do
Lead Strategic Sourcing: Drive the sourcing process and manage purchasing for national and regional contracts. Your supply management expertise and negotiation skills will be crucial in securing the best deals.
Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with leaders at all levels to identify opportunities for developing products and services that offer cost savings and generate revenue.
Negotiate Supplier Agreements: Ensure value delivery by securing the best prices, services, quality, and conditions, while aligning with our organizational goals.
Manage Supplier Relationships: Conduct quarterly Business Reviews to ensure compliance with supply agreement terms and explore new opportunities for added value.
Support Key Initiatives: Develop procurement programs that align with corporate initiatives, including Supplier Diversity and sustainability goals.
What We're Looking For
Experienced Professional: Background in GPOs and supply chain procurement contracts.
Strong Negotiator: Proven ability to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of commodity and market indices, contract terms, and the RFI and RFP processes.
Relationship Builder: Ability to nurture strategic supplier relationships that benefit both parties.
Analytical Thinker: Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong data analysis skills.
Educated and Experienced: A university degree or equivalent work experience in supply chain theories, principles, and concepts, along with at least 5 years of management experience in purchasing or a related field.
