Responsibilities
Your impact will be significant:
Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using sales data, market trends, and business insights.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to gather information crucial for demand planning.
Monitor inventory levels and provide recommendations to optimize stock and prevent overstock or stockout situations.
Analyze demand patterns and identify supply chain risks and opportunities.
Create and maintain demand planning reports and dashboards for senior management.
Participate actively in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
Continuously improve demand planning processes and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
What you'll need to succeed:
A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related role; manufacturing experience is advantageous.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools; familiarity with AVP and/or CCH is beneficial.
Demonstrated initiative and ownership in executing responsibilities to meet business needs.
Ability to build strong relationships across different teams and develop an internal network of collaborators.
Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail and prioritization skills.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
A positive attitude and a drive to overcome challenges.
