Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Database Entry Representative to maintain and update our company's databases consistently. As a Database Entry Representative, you will collaborate with employees and clients to gather information, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into relevant systems. You will be responsible for identifying and rectifying errors promptly and communicating effectively with stakeholders as needed.
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail, diligence, energy, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
Responsibilities
Collecting invoices, statements, reports, and other information from employees, departments, and clients.
Reviewing and scanning through data to identify relevant information.
Organizing and correcting data to optimize accuracy and efficiency.
Creating and maintaining accurate spreadsheets.
Entering and updating information into databases.
Ensuring data integrity and performing backups.
Notifying relevant parties of encountered errors.
Organizing hard copies of data for easy retrieval.
Handling additional tasks as assigned.
Remote Opportunity
This position is fully remote, requiring a fast, reliable internet connection and a dependable cell phone connection. A quiet and uninterrupted workspace is essential.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of experience in database entry or a related field.
Proficiency in English and advanced knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to focus for extended periods and maintain accuracy with speed.
Proficient typing skills.
