Role

As a Business Continuity Functional Consultant, you are responsible for evolving and maintaining the

Business Continuity Management program for ServiceNow, working cross-functionally and vertically.

You help the company ensure the resiliency of operations though the existence of actionable and

flexible plans, guidelines, and procedures in place at all times.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

Hold one or more relevant industry certifications CBCP, CBCI etc.

Clear understanding of BCM from the business perspective rather than purely technical

ServiceNow IRM/GRC BCM and other GRC tool BCM implementation with experience in the

Following Functional BCM Domains

Business Impact Analysis/threat Analysis.

Recovery Strategy Development.

BC/DR Plan Development.

BC/DR Exercise & Monitor.

Experience in any other BCM tools is desirable: Castellan Platform, Continuity Logic,

Para Solution, RPX Recovery Planner, Quantivate Business Continuity etc.

Knowledge and integration understanding with other technology integrations with BCM

solution.

4-6 years of BCM experience including program management

Consulting, Cloud, Or SaaS Company Experience Is Preferred.

Comfortable working with teams across geographies.

Experience with BCM software and tools (Maestro, BCM, Archer etc.) and ServiceNow.

Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.

Be "customer first in both macro and microenvironments.

Exhibit strong analytical, conceptual thinking, strategic planning and execution skills. Be a

proven creative thinker with a problem-solving approach.

Experience in root cause analysis, industry benchmarking, survey evaluation and data

interpretation.

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across various audiences, technical and otherwise.

Prior experience in a fast-paced environment and hyper growth organizations

• Contractor needs to closely work with Infosys team and report to Infosys Manager.
• Should be a team player.
• Train and enable Infosys employee (min 10%) of the contract duration.
